Real Talent uses IPQualityScore, a third-party fraud platform, to evaluate 26 signals across application metadata: IP address risk (proxy, VPN, server farm, country mismatch), email domain quality, phone number type (VoIP, voicemail-only), bot-like submission patterns. Recruiters can build custom blocklists. This is real fraud detection, and it works on what it's designed to catch.
Real Talent's AI organizes applications by job criteria and surfaces priority candidates. Per Greenhouse's own product copy, it "never advances or rejects candidates for you" - recruiters retain decision-making. Match recommendations include explanations.
Optional integration with CLEAR. Candidates verify themselves in MyGreenhouse and recruiters see a "Verified" status. Useful for high-trust roles, but candidates can decline.
