Real Talent is a three-layer fraud + matching solution available to Greenhouse customers, generally available as of late 2025 / early 2026 after a beta period.

Layer 1: Fraud detection

Real Talent uses IPQualityScore, a third-party fraud platform, to evaluate 26 signals across application metadata: IP address risk (proxy, VPN, server farm, country mismatch), email domain quality, phone number type (VoIP, voicemail-only), bot-like submission patterns. Recruiters can build custom blocklists. This is real fraud detection, and it works on what it's designed to catch.

Layer 2: Talent matching

Real Talent's AI organizes applications by job criteria and surfaces priority candidates. Per Greenhouse's own product copy, it "never advances or rejects candidates for you" - recruiters retain decision-making. Match recommendations include explanations.

Layer 3: Identity verification

Optional integration with CLEAR. Candidates verify themselves in MyGreenhouse and recruiters see a "Verified" status. Useful for high-trust roles, but candidates can decline.
