Every applicant gets an authenticity confidence rating, from High to Low, built from LinkedIn, phone, email and resume signals. Filter by rating or by a single signal to review risky candidates first. SquarePeg flags; your team decides.
SquarePeg looks up each candidate's LinkedIn profile in a database of 400+ million profiles, updated monthly, and flags profiles that can't be found, have few connections or no photo, or don't match the name and work history on the resume.

Catch invalid numbers, VoIP, toll-free and voicemail-only lines, and numbers with little activity in the past year. For US numbers, SquarePeg also flags a registered name that doesn't match the application.

Flag disposable email addresses, addresses with no public history, and emails registered to a different name than the one on the application.

Flag resumes with excessive or exact alignment to your job description's structure and language — a sign an applicant may have manipulated their resume to match the posting.

Every candidate gets a rating of High, Mixed, Limited, Low or Unknown, kept separate from their score. SquarePeg also flags a phone, email or resume shared with a differently named applicant in the last 120 days. Filter by rating or signal and bulk-reject when you're sure. Nothing is rejected automatically.
Identify applicants who have provided an invalid phone number or LinkedIn profile, have limited LinkedIn connections, or a recently created LinkedIn despite an extensive work history.
