Findem is a talent-data platform for sourcing, CRM and outreach that has added applicant review, fraud checks and, through Glider AI, ID verification and AI interviews. Its applicant review happens in Findem's own app, and Findem doesn't publish a score format or its prices. SquarePeg works inside your ATS: it gives every candidate a 0–100 score with a subscore and resume evidence for each criterion, adds company data, includes an authenticity check in the same credit, and makes stage changes in your ATS as if you had made them there.
Findem is a talent-data platform for mid-market and enterprise talent teams, built on what it calls 3D data: people and company data over time. It sells sourcing, a Talent CRM with outreach, Inbound Applicant Review and an Authenticity Suite. Through its 2026 deal for Glider AI it also offers ID verification, assessments and AI interviews.
Based on each company's public website and announcements, checked October 2026. Unknown means we couldn't find it described there.

As an AI company, SquarePeg gives us a lot of credibility. It has saved us so much time on screening and improved quality of hire.

Findem is a broad platform built around its people data. SquarePeg goes deeper on scoring applicants, and does it inside your ATS.
Every score shows its evidence. SquarePeg scores applicants as they apply, plus past candidates and sourced profiles, against criteria you write in plain language or generate from the job description, each marked Required, Preferred or Bonus. Every criterion gets a 0–100 subscore with a written explanation and the resume lines it's based on, so you review the best people first and can explain every ranking. Eligibility rules (location or radius, time zone, screening answers, a previous rejection reason or the application source) run first, so ineligible applicants are never scored or charged.
Findem's Sorting Studio ranks applicants against criteria you write in plain language, with per-criterion evidence from the applicant's profile, and its Fia assistant can suggest criteria from the job description. Findem doesn't say what the ranking looks like: no score, bands or subscores are described. Saved filters such as "Missing One Must-Have" help sort the list, but no knockout step before ranking is described.
SquarePeg connects to Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, iCIMS, Recruitee and other ATSs and syncs your jobs and applicants. SquarePeg makes rejections and stage changes in your ATS just as if you had made them there, so your ATS emails and automations still run, and the Chrome extension opens it right next to the job or candidate you're viewing. No migration and no new system for your team to learn.
Findem isn't an ATS; its integrations page says "Your ATS remains the system of record." You review applicants in Findem's Inbound Applicants tab, and Findem documents sending notes, tags and attachments back to the ATS. Fia can run bulk advances or rejections after you confirm.
Every candidate gets an authenticity confidence rating (High, Mixed, Limited, Low or Unknown), kept separate from their score. It's built from LinkedIn, phone, email and resume signals, and it also flags a phone, email or resume shared with a differently named applicant. It's included in the credit that scores the candidate. Signals inform your review; nothing is rejected automatically.
Findem's Authenticity Suite flags identity mismatches, companies that don't exist, unverified employers, implausible timelines and possibly taken-over LinkedIn profiles. Through Glider AI, its ID Verify Agent has candidates upload a government ID and matches it to their face.
Rediscovery searches past applicants in your ATS for people who fit a new opening and scores them on the same criteria as today's applicants. Outbound sourcing finds new candidates outside your ATS on the same scale, and you reveal an email only for the people you want to contact. Every resume gets company context such as industry, headcount, funding and public or private status. And you can find, compare and fine-tune just by asking: the SquarePeg agent finds past candidates who fit a new role, compares your top applicants, explains any score, and can review and update a job's criteria and eligibility rules, in the web app or inside your ATS.
Sourcing is Findem's core, on a dataset it says maps 1B+ career paths, with a Talent CRM, personalized outreach campaigns and rediscovery of people already in your ATS. It also offers a Scheduling Agent, assessments and AI video interviews, and an API and MCP server.
Credits work across every feature, there are no seat fees and no platform fee, and your whole team can log in. Scoring an applicant or a rediscovered candidate uses 1 credit; sourcing a candidate uses 1 and revealing their email 2. Rediscovery also has a one-time fee to index your ATS, charged at cost. Rescoring is always free, the agent is free, applicants who fail your eligibility rules cost nothing, and new accounts start with 2,000 free credits, no credit card required. See the pricing page for current rates.
Findem doesn't publish prices; it offers a walkthrough. In March 2026 Findem said it is introducing pricing tied to hires.
"SquarePeg allowed us to do more with less without needing a full recruiting team with sourcers and coordinators. It will remain a core part of our recruiting strategy as we scale."
With Findem, you review applicants in its Inbound Applicants tab, and your ATS stays the system of record. SquarePeg syncs with your ATS, makes rejections and stage changes there just as if you had made them, and its Chrome extension opens SquarePeg right next to the job or candidate you're viewing in your ATS.
Yes, with a narrower scope. SquarePeg's outbound sourcing finds new candidates outside your ATS and scores them on the same 0–100 criteria as your applicants, and you reveal an email only for the people you want to contact. SquarePeg doesn't include a CRM or outreach campaigns; Findem does.
Yes. The demo on our homepage lets you score up to three of your own resumes or LinkedIn profiles for free, or explore sample jobs that are already scored, without connecting an ATS. When you connect your ATS, you start with 2,000 free credits and no credit card.
